With as much conviction as you’ve ever heard, Christina is often heard to tell her clients: “You are your only limit!”

Christina began her career as a trainer with at-home clients, but—forever a team player—she joined Kinetic in hopes of enacting more positive change to people’s lives. Christina also works as the office manager in an established, family-owned Landscaping company alongside her best friend and bulldog Bruce!

Dave Custons

  • Personal Trainer

Bio

Dave became an ACE Certified Trainer in 1999 during his collegiate baseball career and he later played in independent leagues throughout the mid-west.  Over the course of his playing days, Dave incurred his share of  major injuries and learned quite a bit about physical therapy, rehabilitation, training and recovery. Those experiences became engrained, much to the benefit of those who train with him. Dave has experienced nearly every aspect of the fitness industry over the past 20 years, but always finds himself going back to his first love: personal training.

“I find it so gratifying to work with people one-on-one and helping them to see a higher potential than they ever dreamed of. Whether it’s an ankle, knee, or shoulder injury or something like a lower back that’s just always given you trouble, I feel like I’ve been there and I can help. I aspire to help my clients to a better quality of life—in and out of the gym.”

Eric Cullen Balsamo

  • Personal Trainer

Bio

On his own journey to making his health a priority, Eric grew deeply attached to fitness and aspires to light that fire in you as well. Eric’s initial foray into athletics and fitness was life changing and he’s never looked back. He overcame a weight problem by joining his high school football team and before long also became a standout wrestler. His desire to increase his muscle mass led him to join the throwing team, where he learned the Olympic and power lifts that fueled his obsession with weightlifting—and his insights on proper form and the art of building muscle. “It’s not about moving the weight, it’s about squeezing the muscle,” Eric has been heard to tell his clients. “Do that, and the weight just moves.” A certified personal trainer since his sophomore year of college, Eric’s days of competitive sports may be behind him, but Eric continues to train—and to train his clients—like the athlete that’s in all of us.

“Fitness is a combination of healthy habits. Build one at a time, and before you know it, you will have changed your life.”

Steve Reynolds

  • Personal Trainer

Bio

Steve wants to leave everyone’s health and fitness better than he found it. An avid athlete for his entire life, Steve is a guy clearly in the right line of work. He grew up playing traditional sports like baseball, football and basketball, and gravitated toward adventure sports such as snow skiing, mountain biking, and hiking while living in Arizona and Colorado. For nearly two decades now, he has committed his compassion, passion and energy to the fitness industry. Throughout that time, Steve has pursued as much continuing education and as many certifications as possible.

His inspiration is to have a positive impact on the lives of those he crosses paths with.

Train with Steve and he’ll urge you to have “No Regrets” at the end of each session. He’ll give you his all, and his only request is that you do the same.

“If we both give each session our total effort, we’ll both walk away satisfied and fulfilled, with no regrets on either end—just results!”

Bio

I was overweight my entire life, until I decided to make a change the summer of my freshmen year of college. I went to the gym every single day for two months straight. By the start of my sophomore year, everyone was complimenting me on the progress that I had made. On my journey to becoming a better and healthier me, I grew deeply attached to fitness. If I do not make it to the gym or haven’t worked out for a long duration of time, other aspects in my life (social, financial, mental, spiritual, etc.) begin to decline. I enjoy helping people and personal training allows me to combine both my passion for fitness and my need to help others. One interesting fact about me is that I was raised in Jamaica during my early childhood years, mainly in St. Elizabeth and Mandeville where my father is from.
