Cycle: The Ride  We take an outdoor ride and bring it indoors. While pedaling, riders will experience challenging climbs, decents, jumps, sprints and much more. You’ll ride to high energy, motivating beat driven music that changes each class. This is a great workout for strengthening your core, glutes & legs. Riders can expect to burn 600-800 calories in a single class. All fitness levels welcome!

Cycle Xtreme  This fast paced, high intensity energizing 55 minute class is designed to burn calories, tighten & tone your legs, strengthen your core & improve your cardiovascular health. Take your body to the Xtreme with CycleXtreme. Make sure your water bottle is filled up for the “100 Mile Ride”

HIIT Cycle  Very intense cycle workouts that boost your aerobic & anaerobic fitness, improve insulin sensitivity, burn off belly fat while helping you maintain lean muscle mass. Get ready to pedal faster and stronger , this class will make you sweat!

Sprint –(30 min)--*Les Mills*  This is an intense style of training with short bursts of intensity followed by short periods of active recovery. It’s part of the Les Mills cycle workouts.

Studio Cycling  Cycling combines great music with challenging instructor-guided terrain. Low-impact and high calorie burn make this class a consistent favorite.


Barre  This incredible, leg-shaking workout tones the entire body with simple, precise moves that increase balance, strength and flexibility.

Booty Barre  A sexy, energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body.

CoreFlex  Combining elements of resistance training, yoga, pilates & isometrics. This class strengthens the core & increases overall flexibility.

Gentle Yoga  This class is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle and restorative practice. Deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility, reduces pain and the effects of stress.

Pilates  This class focuses on strength, precision, and flow of movement. Students will learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core, using props such as rings, balls and light hand weights.

Power Vinyasa  This powerful Vinyasa class incorporates core, balance and strength while keeping your heart pumping. This is a sweaty yoga class, challenging yet accessible for all levels.

Sunset Yoga  Join us on the front lawn for this relaxing outdoor yoga session. Enjoy the gifts of your surroundings while you stretch, strengthen and lengthen your muscles. Don’t worry, if it rains we will have the class inside!

Yoga Basics  A class for those new to Yoga or for experienced Yogis looking for a gentle class.

Yoga Fusion  Yoga Fusion Is the ultimate Yogi work out where you develop strength and balance while working on toning your body by holding poses and stretching to your maximum length. This all in one class will leave you feeling strong and balanced.


BODYCOMBAT™  Is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed! This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.

BODYPUMP™  Often referred to as ‘PUMP’ by the millions who love it, BODYPUMP™ is one of the world’s fastest ways to get in shape. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetitions,you’ll burn fat and calories, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. Online sign-up available 24 hours before class.

BodyRock  A fun cardio workout with abdominal exercises that will jumpstart your morning in this high energy class. Each class includes running & bodyweight exercises that will help you lose bodyfat & sculpt your body while keeping your heart rate up.

K-Core Works  This 30 minute ab workout will help you shrink your waist, tighten your tummy and strengthen your core just in time for bathing suit season!

K-Fit Xtreme  Go Xtreme in this 60 minute endurance bootcamp that combines total body conditioning, strength training & high intensity cardio bursts. Put the Xtreme effort in and win the “K-Fit Athlete of the Month” award!

K-Strong  This group training program is akin to the workouts of elite-level athletes. Sessions are demanding, high intensity & fun replicating the pace & demand of athletic competition.

Retro-Robics  Taking you back in time with this AWESOME 80's throwback work out. Have fun exercising to the oldies but goodies with retro inspired moves. Held every other Friday night!

Ultimate Conditioning  A combination of conditioning, cardio and core. You will challenge your body through a variety of movements including strength, endurance, plyometrics, core, stability...a little bit of everything.

Zumba®  Latin-inspired cardio dance-fitness program that combines great music with high- energy, easy to follow dance moves. You will have so much fun you forget that you are working out!

XtremeConditioning  This is a full body extreme workout class that will leave you sore from head to toe. It’s HIIT (high interval intensity training) working your upper body, lower body & core. Plus for fun, we’ll add some cardio to the workout! You’ll learn a lot about yourself after taking this mentally challenging workout.


Aqua  Tone and sculpt your body with no impact to your joints. This popular water aerobics workout is a swimming blend of cardio and resistance training, and may incorporate resistance tools such as buoyant water weights and bars..

Aqua Zumba Aero  Looking to make a splash by adding a low impact, high energy aquatic exercise to your fitness routine? Then this is the class for you. Water creates a natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging & helps tone your muscles. Plus, there is less impact on your joints so you could really let loose!
