CYCLING STUDIO

K-Cycle  An innovate cycling program that takes cycling to a whole new level. Imagine a ride that included high intensity interval drills, followed by an endurance ride that incorporates upper body strength training using light dumbbells and high reps that will challenge your muscles. Feel the burn while producing optimal results!

MyRide Cycling  All the things you love about Studio Cycling with the added dimension of MyRideTM technology, featuring forward-motion video to make you feel like you are riding outdoors in locations around the world.

Studio Cycling  Cycling combines great music with challenging instructor-guided terrain. Low-impact and high calorie burn make this class a consistent favorite.

YOGA STUDIO

Barre  This incredible, leg-shaking workout tones the entire body with simple, precise moves that increase balance, strength and flexibility.

Booty Barre  A sexy, energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body.

Gentle Yoga  This class is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle and restorative practice. Deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility, reduces pain and the effects of stress.

Pilates  This class focuses on strength, precision, and flow of movement. Students will learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core, using props such as rings, balls and light hand weights.

Power Vinyasa  This powerful Vinyasa class incorporates core, balance and strength while keeping your heart pumping. This is a sweaty yoga class, challenging yet accessible for all levels.

Sunset Yoga  Join us on the front lawn for this relaxing outdoor yoga session. Enjoy the gifts of your surroundings while you stretch, strengthen and lengthen your muscles. Don’t worry, if it rains we will have the class inside!

Yoga Basics  A class for those new to Yoga or for experienced Yogis looking for a gentle class.

Yoga Fusion  Yoga Fusion Is the ultimate Yogi work out where you develop strength and balance while working on toning your body by holding poses and stretching to your maximum length. This all in one class will leave you feeling strong and balanced.

MOVEMENT STUDIO

All Things Kettlebell  You guessed it...every Kettlebell inspired exercise will be executed during this 45mins kick butt class! Targeting a full body workout, leaving you feeling challenged and accomplished.

BODYPUMP™  Often referred to as ‘PUMP’ by the millions who love it, BODYPUMP™ is one of the world’s fastest ways to get in shape. BODYCOMBAT™  Is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed! This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.

Bootcamp  Anything goes in bootcamp! Expect to get a killer workout that leaves you feeling strong, fit and ready to take on your day.

Cardio-Core-Stretch  A plyometric based work-out geared to make you burn calories fast, and help you sculpt & tone your entire body! Incorporating focused upper and lower abdominal exercises targeting all angles for ABSolute abs. Finalize your work out with an overall stretch to elongate, relax, energize & fine tune your attitude! Fab Abs  This 30 minute ab workout will help you shrink your waist, tighten your tummy and strengthen your core just in time for bathing suit season!

Kickboxing  This quick-paced cardio class combines kickboxing moves, continuous choreography and great music.

‘Les Mills’ GRIT  This 30 minute high intensity circuit training class is sure to challenge people of all fitness levels. If you are looking to burn calories like never before, this is the class for you!! Set to music, this class is ultimately designed to raise your metabolic rate and keep it raised both during and after the class has ended.

Retro-Robics  Taking you back in time with this AWESOME 80's throwback work out. Have fun exercising to the oldies but goodies with retro inspired moves. Held every other Friday night!

Sculpt & Tone  Enjoy this unique class designed for EVERYONE!! Target your muscles with precision and tone up your body with resistance & strength.

Stack It Up  An intense class designed to strengthen and define your abs, legs, and glutes. Don’t worry, we mix in cardio drills to ramp up your calorie burn!

Tabata  This smart training is the hottest trend in high-intensity, low- (or no-) equipment workouts. This structured interval workout consists of 20 seconds of all-out work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for a total of eight times on the same exercise. (HIIT) Get in, Get out, and done!

T3 Tip Top Toning!  Tone up, lift up and firm up tough to work areas in this rock star sculpting class. Ultimate Conditioning A combination of conditioning, cardio and core. You will challenge your body through a variety of movements including strength, endurance, plyometrics, core, stability…a little bit of everything.
